WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Swankysvintage.com accepts the following payment types for online purchases:

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?

 We ship via USPS Priority Mail.  

  • Priority Mail Legal Envelope $15.00

  • Standard Delivery to Canada: $32.99

  • International Standard Delivery: $42.99

  • Added discounts for combined items.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once you receive an email confirmation for your order,  you may use the USPS Tracking to check the status.  If your tracking number is not found, please allow a few hours for USPS to load up your tracking information.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At Swankys Vintage we want you to be pleased with your purchase.  We kindly remind you that if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product(s) purchased on our website, email us thru Customer Service within 14 days from delivery of the item(s), and follow these simple steps:

  • Returns are eligible for full refund if returned within 30 days.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Full replacement of item if in stock or refund amount of returned item(s).

  • When it is presented in saleable condition.

  • When it is presented unworn with original tags attached.

  • CREDIT CARD PAYMENT: The refund will be made on the same credit card used for the purchase; the necessary refund time depends on your bank.

  • PAYPAL PAYMENT: the refund will be visible on your PayPal account within 48 hours from receiving the email confirming the refund.

  • If your order has been shipped outside of the U.S. the taxes and customs duty cannot be refunded by us: you can contact your local Customs Office, they might help you recover those costs.

We recognize that returns are important to our customers.  To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers.
